Back to school season has officially begun, which means it's time to start planning! Make the most of this new school year and set your child for success. Nothing is more exciting and magical for children than learning that by mixing colors, creates new colors. It's priceless seeing the look on kids faces when they make this realization. I've created free printable pdf 5"x7" color mixing flash card downloads as well as a mixing colors practice worksheet to help you teach your child about mixing colors.
Tips for getting the most out of learning:
1. Pay attention to your child's creativity and learning style, this may help inspire you to create other fun learning experiences.
2. For more sturdy cards, print out on a thicker card stock paper
3. Laminate your cards and practice worksheet to keep clean, water proof and re-usable!
4. Younger children learn best with repetition, make sure to use the names of the colors as much as you can while using these color activities.
Question to ask child and keep them engaged: “What do you think will happen when we mix this color and that color?”
If you have any questions regarding how to download the files or if you are having trouble getting any of the files to download, please don't hesitate to contact me via the contact page. I would be more than happy to help you!
